How to Become a Zoomex VIP Immediately?

- Fill out the application on the VIP page. Once approved, you will receive VIP trial benefits, enjoy VIP fee discounts corresponding to your level, and unlock additional rewards after reaching the official VIP level.

- Meet any one of the asset, spot trading volume, or contract trading volume thresholds to officially become a Zoomex VIP. If your spot trading volume, contract trading volume, and asset amount meet different VIP level requirements, you will enjoy the highest VIP level benefits among them.

How Is My Trading Volume Calculated?

- Your trading volume over the past 30 days will be updated at 00:00 AM UTC the next day.

How Is My Total Asset Value Calculated?

- The system only counts the total average balance of your funding account and trading account. Unrealized P&L of open positions is not included.

When Is My VIP Level Updated and When Do Fee Discounts Take Effect?

- VIP levels are automatically updated daily at 00:00 AM UTC. Once updated, you can start enjoying the VIP benefits corresponding to the new level.

How can I claim my VIP Trial Fund reward?

- Once your trading volume reaches the requirements for the corresponding VIP level within a calendar month, the applicable Trial Fund reward will be distributed to “Rewards Hub - My Rewards” during the first week of the following month, where you can claim it.

What Happens If I Currently Am a VIP But Later No Longer Meet Any VIP Level Requirements?

- If you no longer meet any VIP level requirements, you will enter a 14-day VIP protection period. During this period, you can still enjoy all VIP benefits, including fee discounts. However, if you still do not meet any VIP level requirements within the 14-day protection period, you will lose your VIP status and no longer enjoy VIP benefits.

1. 1. VIP applications are limited to newly registered Zoomex users (registration within the last 30 days). Existing users do not need to apply separately; Zoomex will determine your eligibility for VIP membership based on your 30-day transaction volume.
2. 2. The interest-bearing account assets are limited to the net assets in your account, including contract and copy trading accounts. Net account assets in your self-owned account do not include other non-owned funds, such as platform bonus, etc. The formula for calculating your deposit interest is: Your Daily Average Account Assets * 0.4%. The amount of interest you can receive varies with your VIP level cap, and your interest benefits are only effective when your daily minimum account assets are not less than the corresponding standard. 3. 3. The wealth management products have a daily account asset minimum requirement for VIP users. If the account asset minimum requirement is not met for a day, you will not be able to enjoy Zoomex's high annual interest yield.
4. 4. Your corresponding fee discount and bonus rewards will be distributed to your Rewards Hub - My Rewards in the first week of the month following the completion of your VIP contract trading tasks, at which time you will need to manually claim them.
5. 5. In the event of a downgrade, your VIP level will be preserved for 14 days. If within 14 days your trading volume reattains the VIP level, your exclusive VIP rewards will be distributed as usual.
6. 6. If your contract trading volume does not meet the VIP member requirements within 30 days, your VIP membership status will be canceled.
7. 7. The contract trading volume from copy trading will also be counted.
8. 8. Spot trading volume is not currently included in the VIP level trading volume calculations. Policies regarding spot trading volume corresponding to VIP levels will be made available to users in the next version.
