How to become a Zoomex VIP immediately？

- Fill out the application on the VIP page and provide screenshots or screen recordings of your contract trading volume/VIP level at other exchanges. The review results of VIP applications are notified on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If approved, you will be able to immediately enjoy the contract fee discount for your corresponding Zoomex VIP level. Please note that external applicants must reach the required Zoomex VIP member trading volume within the next 30 days to enjoy VIP exclusive benefits beyond the contract fee discount. Applications found to be fraudulent will not be approved or may have their approval revoked.

How is my trading volume counted?

- Your trading volume in the past 30 days will be updated at 00:00 AM UTC the next day. If a new VIP level is unlocked during this timestamp, the new discounts and benefits will take effect next month.

How is my VIP level determined?

- Your contract trading volume over the past 30 days is the ONLY criterion for determining your VIP level. Users who meet the deposit requirements for a VIP level but do not meet the trading volume requirements will not enjoy VIP benefits.

When and how do my VIP fee discounts take effect?

- VIP exclusive contract fee discounts will be issued to your Reward Hub - My Rewards on the first day of the month following when you reach the contract trading volume level. Note: You must manually claim your VIP exclusive benefits in the Reward Hub. The discount coupon will take effect immediately upon collection.

How do I claim my VIP bonus reward?

- When you reach the contract trading volume level for your VIP rank, the corresponding bonus reward will be issued to your ""Rewards Hub - My Rewards"" in the first week of the following month. Note: You must manually claim your VIP exclusive benefits in the Rewards Hub. Once claimed, the bonus reward has a validity period of 14 days; please use it timely to avoid expiration.

How do I receive my asset interest?

- If your daily account asset amount for the past 30 days is not less than the VIP level requirement, your deposit interest will be automatically credited to your funding account in the first week of the following month. You do not need to claim it manually.

1. 1. VIP applications are limited to newly registered Zoomex users (registration within the last 30 days). Existing users do not need to apply separately; Zoomex will determine your eligibility for VIP membership based on your 30-day transaction volume.
2. 2. The interest-bearing account assets are limited to the net assets in your account, including contract and copy trading accounts. Net account assets in your self-owned account do not include other non-owned funds, such as platform bonus, etc. The formula for calculating your deposit interest is: Your Daily Average Account Assets * 0.4%. The amount of interest you can receive varies with your VIP level cap, and your interest benefits are only effective when your daily minimum account assets are not less than the corresponding standard. 3. 3. The wealth management products have a daily account asset minimum requirement for VIP users. If the account asset minimum requirement is not met for a day, you will not be able to enjoy Zoomex's high annual interest yield.
4. 4. Your corresponding fee discount and bonus rewards will be distributed to your Rewards Hub - My Rewards in the first week of the month following the completion of your VIP contract trading tasks, at which time you will need to manually claim them.
5. 5. In the event of a downgrade, your VIP level will be preserved for 14 days. If within 14 days your trading volume reattains the VIP level, your exclusive VIP rewards will be distributed as usual.
6. 6. If your contract trading volume does not meet the VIP member requirements within 30 days, your VIP membership status will be canceled.
7. 7. The contract trading volume from copy trading will also be counted.
